10-Day Easy Return

Customers may request a return within 10 days of receiving their order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Online Payment Orders

For orders paid through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, or other online payment methods, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source through Cashfree Payments.

Refunds are generally credited within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be required to provide valid bank account details for refund processing. Approved refunds will be transferred directly to the customer's bank account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Product Photos
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may request a return after delivery, subject to eligibility.
